Fabrication Shop

Our fabrication shop combines state-of-the-art equipment, advanced software, and decades of experience within our 20,000-square-foot facility. With full-service, in-house capabilities, AAK Mechanical is equipped to meet any and all fabrication needs of our clients.

Our fabrication department offers comprehensive metal preparation services, including burning, shearing, bending, sawing, cutting, punching, beveling, and rolling. Using these processes, we custom-build a wide range of products such as tanks, stairs, mini-bulks, platforms, ductwork, and virtually any other product our clients can imagine. No matter the process or product required, you can count on AAK Mechanical to deliver results that meet both your expectations and your budget.

Fabrication Shop Equipment

• Torchmate Plasma (burn) table
• 10' shear capable of shearing up to 3/8" steel
• 12' press brake with capacity for forming 1/4" mild steel
• P-50 single-operator ironworker
• 7' sheet roll for custom pipe and ductwork fabrication
• 20" abrasive saw

In addition to fabrication services, our shop is happy to assist with raw material needs. We maintain a large inventory of carbon steel and stainless steel materials, making us a reliable resource when you need material for your own project on short notice.
