Fabrication Shop
When your project calls for complete control of the process, as well as high degree of accuracy, AAK Mechanical can deliver what others can't. Our fab shop combines state of the art equipment, software, and years of experience housed within our 20,000 square foot facility. By having a full service capabilities, AAK Mechanical is able to meet any and all fabrication needs of our clients. 

Our fabrication department capabilities include the metal preparation of burning, shearing, bending, sawing, cutting, punching, beveling, and rolling. With our fabrication procedures, we can custom build a variety of products including: tanks, stairs, mini bulks, platforms, duct work and any other product our clients can imagine. Whatever the process or products that is required, you can count on AAK Mechanical to deliver a product that meets your expectations and your budget.

Our fabrication shop equipment includes:

• Torchmate Plasma (burn) table
• 10' Shear capable of shearing 3/8 steel
• 12' Press Brake with the capacity of forming 1/4 mild steel
• P-50 Single Operator Ironworker
• 7' sheet roll to fabricate any custom pipe or ductwork
• 20" abrasive saw

Our fabrication shop is also happy to assist with raw material needs.  We stock a large inventory of carbon and stainless material should you ever find yourself in need of something for your own project.
